Join Red Newt’s Assistant Wine Maker Meagz Goodwin for a night of Red Newt wine paired gracefully with Rose Tavern cuisine by Chef Steve Eakins.


Course 1:

Crispy oyster, Kaluga caviar, egg yolk, Iberico Ham vinaigrette || Paired with 2018 Pino Gris

Course 2:

Malfatti pasta, duck ragu, foie gras, black truffle || Paired with 2015 Tangop Oaks Riesling & 2015 Lahoma- The Knoll Riesling

Course 3:

Pennsylvania lamb, black garlic, potato pave, smoked carrot || Paired with 2013 Glacier Ridge Merlot

Course 4:

Chocolate intemperance cake, chocolate mousse, hazelnut praline creme, lace cookie, chocolate crumb || Paired with 2017 Late Harvest Riesling
