


Pasta Workshop: Cavatelli | NYK
The ingredients for making homemade pasta are very basic–eggs and flour, yet very few of us take the time to mix and roll pasta dough. In this class, our chef instructor will take the mystery out of making pasta and create a variety of pasta dishes. Mangia! Cavatelli: A small pasta shape traditionally made from flour and water. They can resemble mini hot dog buns and some recipes even add ricotta to the dough!
