This event will culminate with the release of a Lake House exclusive beer brewed by Young Lion and aged 6-months on oyster shells in a High West Whiskey Barrel.
Course 1: 2 oysters on the half shell with a smoked whiskey mignonette paired with Oyster Stout
Course 2: Mexican duck with ramps paired with Mexican Lager
Course 3: Lamb Wellington paired with IPA
Course 4: Raspberry Churros with raspberry sauce paired with Raspberry Sour
