Teen Baking: Scones, Curd & Berry Compote | NYK

This one-day pop-up is designed for aspiring bakers ages 12-18 interested in elevating their skills. Scones are a traditional British quick bread that can be sweet or savory. In this class, we will explore the sweeter side of scones, from add-ins to toppings! Our Chef Instructor will teach you how to bake perfectly buttery, rich scones, step-by-step, along with a berry compote (aka jam) and lemon curd! Come join us! NOTE: Admission will only be allowed for youth between the ages of 12-18.
