Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
Take your yoga practice outside! Yoga on a standup paddleboard will reinvigorate you-all while enjoying the natural splendor of floating on water. No experience on a board or even a mat is necessary to gain benefits of SUP yoga. You will learn to engage your core while connecting to nature and peace and stability within.
Pre-register for all classes. Classes meet at Canandaigua Sailboarding Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 8:30 am. Each class is 75 minutes long. Arrive 15 minutes prior to class. Private group classes can be arranged with advanced notice.
$35 per class including board rental.
