Candlelight Yoga is a combination of breath techniques, gentle movement and restorative poses under the twinkle and candle light. It uses blankets, bolsters and blocks. Each pose is propped up using the mentioned items to help participants fully let go. The poses are held for around 5 minutes. Gentle music is used. This class focuses verbally on letting go. I mention that they have chosen to get away from their daily lives and have given themselves a gift of slowing down, listening in and reacquainting themselves to their true self outside of their roles and responsibilities.
